Previously with the County of San Diego’s Planning & Development Services Department, Bronwyn played a key role in advancing discretionary projects and regulatory updates. She’s known for her assertive, strategic approach—anticipating challenges, navigating CEQA and permitting with precision, and consistently driving projects forward.
